The industrial air tool program consists of three quality brands: Yokota, Toku and Red Rooster. Yokota and Toku are both Japanese brands of the highest, most durable quality. Red Rooster black is a high quality series that have optimal ergonomic characteristics and are suitable for highly intensive use The Red series, recognizable by a red logo, are for general applications and situations where the intensity of work is lower yet quality is required. The combination of these three brands offer the user the security of finding the right tool for each application. The assortment of Industrial Air Tools varies from a large variety of impact wrenches to ratchet wrenches, drills, breaking hammers, long needle scalers to saws, grinders and sanders. Air tools are very sustainable due to their robustness, extremely long lifetime and easy maintenance.
An impact wrench is the most used and known compressed air tool. It is used almost everywhere there is a need to tighten and loosen bolts and nuts. In car and truck workshops, construction, shipyards, the petrochemical industry to name but a few. Our impact wrenches are available in a variety of shapes and sizes. Pistol, straight and angle, starting with a square drive of 3/8” up to 2”1/2.
Our Red Rooster and Toku ratchet wrenches are used for light workshop applications to assemble or disassemble bolts and nuts in limited spaces. The Yokota ratchet wrenches are used for industrial assembly, where accurate torque is required while accessibility is limited. By turning the wrench 180 degrees the joint can be loosened.
Our screwdrivers are available in 1-hammer, 2-hammer, direct drive and clutch mechanisms. The 1-hammer system makes 1 impact per rotation which causes a higher energy per blow. The 2-hammer system makes 2 impacts per rotation and has a higher frequency at less force per blow. The direct drive screwdrivers are suitable for self-tapping screws and wood screws. Screwdrivers with a clutch type mechanism, with adjustable torque, are used for general applications. When the torque is reached, the mechanism slips.
Our drills are suitable for a large number of applications. Both for use in the industry, steel and aluminium processing, car/truck manufacturing, but also the general workshop-use is covered. Yokota drills are executed with a 2-step trigger. The first step is used for placing the drill correctly in the workpiece, the second step is used for drilling at high speed. The silencers can be turned 360 degrees.
We offer a large variety of grinders in straight, angle and vertical versions. Our grinders are suitable for numerous grinding, fettling and finishing applications. Most are equipped with a safety handle, lever and silencer.
Our Sanders are suitable for metal finishing and woodworking applications and also equipped with a silencer. All belt sanders are equipped with an adjustable silencer and safety lever. They are suitable for nearly all materials.
Air hammers are extremely strong and compact tools. Due to the simple construction, these lightweight tools offer power and high impact force. They can be used safely and continuously in places where electric hammers should not be used. Various possible applications: cleaning of welding seam, finishing of castings, removal of tiles or breaking of concrete.
Our program contains three different types of saws. Our lightweight reciprocating saws are suitable for use in metal sheet work, but also for other materials like aluminium, plastics, wood and steel. Our pipe saw is ideal for heavy industrial use and for cutting pipes up to a diameter of 530mm. Our chain saw can be used to saw embankments and when electric or petrol engines are not suitable for the working environment.
Power cutters for round materials have simplified the process of cutting and pressing in mass production. Versatile applications of the power cutter by selecting suitable blades make it possible to increase production. We offer a large variety of different types of blades. These power cutters operate at a pressure of 0,4-0,5MPa.
The Yokota YP pumps are high quality sump pumps for use on board of ships. The pumps are made of bronze and especially suitable to use in acid environments. The Yokota barrel pump is developed to pump liquids from barrels such as fuel, oil, water or chemicals.
